HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO BEAT COMPETITOR PRICES?

We used to be a business-only supplier, supplying the world's most popular pet brands and retailers. All of our products are supplied directly from our factories which are located across Europe (Germany, Romania and Albania) and Asia (China, Vietnam and Honk Kong). This enables us to provide same products you'd find at your favourite pet retailer for fraction of the RRP (Recommended Retail Price). Please note, this does not apply to our partner suppliers.

We use standard couriers, who we have long established partnerships with and therefore can also provide Standard Shipping as a base free option which cut's down on cost and labour. However if you require speedy processing and delivery we charge a base shipping fee of £5.99 worldwide.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Pets.al account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

Alternatively you can log-in to your Pets.al account and amend it from your account menu.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History, alternatively we also send automated e-mails in which your transaction is detailed in.

For Express Delivery orders a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail.

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?

We support several methods of paying for your order at checkout. You can either checkout via:

  • Secure Checkout;
  • Google Pay;
  • Amazon;
  • PayPal.
  • Please note we are not responsible and cannot provide support should you have issues with payment except in the case of Secure Checkout. If you are having trouble paying through Secure Checkout please contact our customer support with your query.
